Service Contracts are available on a yearly basis at a reduced price over unscheduled service calls. Service Contracts may include preventative maintenance visits and emergency calls, or just PM. PM calls are scheduled two weeks in advance at a mutually agreed time and date. Consumables are not included. Emergency visit response time are 24 hours or best effort.
Typical Service Contracts include two PM visits performing manufacturers recommendations, and two emergency visits.
Multiple machine Service Contracts will be discounted only if all PMs are done at the same time.
Customer is responsible for purchasing repair items.
